How are donations processed?
Every payment flows directly to verified creditors, utilities, or lenders. Consumers don’t touch the money — donors can trust that every dollar is applied to actual bills.

How do I get started?
Sign up for your free ecoPortal profile on the YouNegotiate Marketplace, set up your portal profile to match all accounts, set up your central communication profile, start responding to written notices and letting your creditors know you’re managing all delinquent accounts digitally. Bill Pay Gift Links and Registry will be available for agreed settlement and on active payment plans.
What kinds of bills can I include?
Credit cards, student loans, mortgages/rent, medical bills, utilities, auto loans, and more. Any bills that matches a consumer last name, last four digits of your social security number and date of birth. This is your new ecoAddress.
Do I have to be in collections?
No. The ecoPortal works at every stage — from early hardship to collections and even repossession risk.

Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. All contributions through DFA’s Bill Pay Gift Links and Registries are fully tax-deductible. Receipts are available after each successful payment.
